Frequently Asked Questions

We offer admissions for both Fall and Spring semesters. The application window for Fall semester typically opens in October of the previous year, and for Spring semester in May of the previous year. Please refer to the "Important Dates" section above for specific deadlines.

Applicants whose native language is not English need to provide proof of English language proficiency. We accept TOEFL (minimum 80 for undergraduate, 90 for graduate), IELTS (minimum 6.5 for undergraduate, 7.0 for graduate), or Duolingo English Test (minimum 105 for undergraduate, 115 for graduate). If you have completed at least two years of study at a school where English is the primary language of instruction, you may apply for a language requirement waiver.

Transfer applicants need to provide official transcripts from all previously attended institutions, course descriptions, proof of credits completed, and evidence of good academic standing. Our admissions committee will evaluate which credits can transfer into our programs. Generally, courses with a GPA of at least 3.0 can be considered for transfer credit.

Most scholarships require separate applications. After completing your admission application, you will have access to the scholarship application portal. Some merit-based scholarships automatically consider all eligible applicants without a separate application. We recommend applying for scholarships early, as funds are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, you can select a primary major and an alternate major in your application. This is especially useful for competitive programs. If your application to your primary major is not accepted, we will automatically consider you for your alternate choice without requiring you to reapply.
