Campus tours are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We also offer virtual tours for international students or those unable to visit in person. To schedule a tour, please contact our Admissions Office at least 2 days in advance.

To request official transcripts, enrollment verification, or other university documents, please submit a request through our student portal or contact the Registrar's Office at [email protected]. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.

On-campus housing applications open in March for the following academic year. Current students should apply through the student portal, while new students will receive housing information with their admission packet. For more details, contact [email protected].

NCIC is accessible by public transportation, with several bus routes stopping near campus. We also offer a free shuttle service from major transportation hubs. For students and staff, there is limited parking available with semester permits. International students arriving at the airport can request airport pickup services in advance.

For prospective students interested in specific programs, the Admissions Office can also help arrange meetings with relevant faculty members during campus visits.
